27 Oct 2011 0 Share

“It’s on again – The God’s Country Team Title - Saturday 12th November at Long Reef beach.  After the great success of the inaugural unique teams surfing challenge last year, all the northern beaches boardriding clubs are lining up for what will be the second event of many in years to come.

It will feature a heavy dose of current and ex professional surfers from the boardriding clubs on Sydney’s famous northern beaches. Each team features a mix of Under 16, Under 20, three opens and a master’s surfers. This unique tag team format, blending up and coming youth with open and senior surfers provides opportunity and excitement.

Last year’s winners, North Narrabeen, are keen to defend the title when sixteen teams competed.

We are happy that Bendigo Bank / Freshwater Community Bank, Volcom and Global Surf Industries are the main sponsors for this event together with the support of our other sponsors...

Head to Long Reef Beach 7.30am, Saturday November 12th 2011 to see the Gods Country’s finest go head to head.”
