Morning Report for Trigg Beach (Sat): Wind is light and variable this morning but shifting around from an onshore direction and adding a mild texture on the sea surface early. We continue to see a SW groundswell drop down from the workweek and waves are backing down into the waist high range. Conditions are getting a fickle with the wind back and forth from the SW to N, but staying under 10 knots so light early. Then winds expected to create rising texture later with an approaching low, but for now, it just causing some crumble on the wave shape. Still looking ok on the better sand banks with a weekend crowd managing to get onto it early. We are coming to a high tide through the morning at 10am.

Rest of Day Regional Outlook: Decreasing SW groundswell and rising onshore wind texture is expected through the afternoon, so better off trying to get out early before texture gets into it. A rotation of winds will clock around from the SW to W to NW, along with some cloud cover entering later. Still fair for the first half of the day before that occurs, with high tide at 10am, then dropping at low tide 3pm.
