  • Today's rating - Poor

    Regional Report for Sunshine Coast (5:51am Wednesday)  A carbon copy of yesterday morning, however a decreasing SSE swell has wave height in the waist high range with the south facing open beaches being that touch bigger.  Surf conditions up on the northern beaches from Coolum to Sunshine and along the Kawana beaches  have more of a bumpy surface, with Maroochydore's beaches south to Alex being more acceptable to the light SSW winds earlier on. Make the most of the  morning surf conditions as the incoming tide will bury the smaller waves High Tide 11:31am.

    Rest of Day Outlook: Expect light SE winds up to 10 knots developing through the morning tending more ENE in the afternoon. The south facing open beaches will have the most size, with slightly wind affected surf conditions.
