  • Gold Coast Regional Morning Report: 6.59am Saturday 31st October:

Windy with onshore NNW winds up early. A NE wind swell thigh to waist along the open beaches of average quality. Best waves can be had along Northern Beaches, Lovers Rock DBah, but onshore on the points. The Australian Open Men's & Women's comp is at the Southport Spit. The high tide is at 9 am and it will run out to a low at 3 pm. Desperado conditions with gusty NW/N winds try the beachbreak option and north protected corners.

Rest of the Day Outlook:  A 1 - 3ft ENE to NNE wind swell will slowly back off as winds increase from the NNW 25 to 35ks, then freshen out of the NNE 15 - 20ks throughout the afternoon, only just worth a paddle for a morning high tide open beachbreaks. Make the most of it. #Bugs4Burleigh yew!
