Sunshine Coast Regional Morning Report ( Tuesday 26th January 5:48am) A slight bump in low level Easterly swell with it looking fairly good earlier on, particularly along the open beaches as that's where you will get more bang for you buck this morning. Wave quality is fair to good, subject to location and exposure to the light west winds currently in play, with surf conditions a little bumpy on the more exposed beaches, cleaning up more as you head towards those southern corners. Expect average wave height up into the head high range along the open beaches, slightly smaller on the north facing points. Make the most of it earlier on on either sides of the tide (Low Tide Maroochydore - 6:42am High Tide 1:10pm)
Rest of the Day Outlook: The forecast ahead has the morning surf conditions deteriorating through the day as onshore winds from the SE then East to North East start to develop. Expect the Easterly swell to be more dominant along the open beaches, with wave height picking up some during the later afternoon. All in all, there is definietely some fun waves to be had all day at all locations. Enjoy your Australia Day in the waves, Spinksy
