Northern NSW Regional Morning Report: 6.30am Friday, 4 December: South swell is hanging in at low-levels across the region, pulsing at a clean waist to chest-high at the magnets and it's looking smaller in the knee to waist high range along less exposed stretches. Light WNW to NW winds are just starting to come around to the NNW and the tide is on it's way in to an 11.47am high.

Rest of Day Outlook: South swell should continue to pulse at low-levels as light NNW winds keep the door open to clean conditions all morning, before they turn north to NE and freshen this afternoon. The tide runs out to a 6.23pm low. Have a good one.
