  • Regional morning report for Sydney, 6.50am Wednesday: It's pumping this morning. SE swell has settled back to still sizeable, head to a foot or three overhead at the more exposed beaches and light offshore westerly winds have ironed out most of the lump and bump. There's smaller, more manageable options along less-exposed open beaches, so no shortage of good options to pick from and well worth making the most of it before winds swing south. High tide is at 7.16am and it will run out to a low of 1.15pm.

Rest of the Day Outlook: SE swell continues settle as moderate southerly winds progressively take the shine off it, but there will still be good surfable options around the traps this afternoon. Have a great day.
