A high-pressure system near the Bight extends a ridge through New South Wales, and is working with a strong low near New Zealand to produce strong winds over southern New South Wales waters. Another, weaker high lies off the northeast coast of New South Wales. A cold front will bring a gusty south to southwesterly change extending north everywhere along the coast Tuesday.
