Southwest Oz Regional Morning Report for Thursday 25th February: It has gone from small to tiny. Waves are weak due to size and lacking energy after a SW swell faded all week and has now left the region. Don't expect much surf but there are a few sitting out on the exposed spots trying to wait out a leftover set that is coming in around waist high. Clean and offshore wind conditions are helping offer nice wave form on the building tide this morning. Seek out a small wave spot or get a high volume board. Tide was low 441am and going to build all day to 843pm.
Rest Of Day Outlook: SW groundswell is on a downward trend now and will continue to dip down in wave heights through the day for minimal wave heights hanging below 1m. Clean conditions through the morning are enhanced by the tide filling in and a light offshore wind but lacking size. Then this afternoon wind will shift onshore for added texture through the second half of the day. Tide going to be high this evening at 843pm.
